His background as a player includes a Walker Cup, an SEC Player of the Year and a brief stint as No.1 Amateur. He graduated from Vanderbilt with a degree in Economics. This unique combination allows him to communicate optimal strategy in terms players understand.

Hunter has worked with Alyan Solutions since 2022 to develop custom software to provide a tailored offering to his players with deep insights and advantages. He has also partnered with other statistical apps and products helping players of all levels.
